Line Service Technician (Aviation Ground Operations & Aircraft Services)

Aero Centers is seeking motivated Line Service Technicians to join our professional Fixed Base Operator (FBO) team. This position is ideal for individuals interested in aviation ground handling, aircraft fueling, airport operations, ramp services, and business aviation support.
As a Line Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement, fueling, servicing, and support of private, corporate, and general aviation aircraft while providing world-class customer service to pilots, passengers, and flight crews.

Key Responsibilities
Aircraft Ground Handling & Ramp Operations
  • Marshal, park, position, and guide arriving and departing aircraft safely on the ramp.
  • Tow, reposition, and move aircraft using approved ground handling procedures.
  • Operate ground support equipment (GSE), including aircraft tugs, fuel trucks, transport vans, and ground power units.
  • Coordinate aircraft arrivals and departures while maintaining FAA and airport safety standards.
  • Assist with aircraft hangaring, parking, and storage operations.
Aircraft Fueling Services
  • Perform aircraft fueling and defueling operations safely and accurately.
  • Conduct daily fuel quality control inspections and fuel system checks.
  • Reload and maintain aviation fuel vehicles and equipment.
  • Provide aircraft oil servicing and other line service support functions.
  • Complete all fueling documentation and regulatory recordkeeping requirements.
Passenger & Flight Crew Support
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to private aviation, charter, business aviation, and corporate flight customers.
  • Assist passengers and crew members with baggage, cargo, and transportation needs.
  • Transport passengers and flight crews as required.
  • Move customer and crew vehicles safely and professionally.
  • Create a welcoming and personalized aviation concierge experience.
Safety & Compliance
  • Complete Avfuel Safety First Training Program.
  • Obtain and maintain airport security badge credentials.
  • Follow all airport, company, OSHA, FAA, and safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free ramp and customer service environment.
  • Support company quality assurance and safety initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background requirements.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced airport environment.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver equipment safely.
Preferred
  • Previous experience in:
    • Aviation Ground Handling

    • Military Aviation Support
  • 1+ year of customer service experience.
