Server Assistant

Position Summary

The Server Assistant supports the front-of-house team by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. This position plays an essential role in the guest experience by assisting servers, resetting tables quickly, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

Essential Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables according to restaurant standards
• Assist servers with water service, bread service, and guest requests
• Refill beverages and replenish supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, patios, service stations, and restrooms
• Assist with opening and closing side work
• Polish glassware, silverware, and other dining equipment
• Communicate effectively with the service team to anticipate guest needs
• Maintain a positive attitude and team-first mentality

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
