What You'll Do

• Master the menu to recommend food, beverages, and pairings confidently.
• Enter orders accurately and ensure every detail is communicated to the kitchen and bar.
• Balance multiple tables while maintaining speed, accuracy, and composure.
• Resolve guest concerns with confidence, professionalism, and urgency.
• Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, food runners, and kitchen teams to keep service flowing.
• Maintain a clean, organized section that is always guest-ready.
• Handle payments accurately and follow all cash-handling procedures.
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Thrive during high-volume shifts while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
• Look for opportunities to exceed expectations and create magic moments.

• Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Able to grasp, lift, and/or carry up to 50 lbs. as needed.
