The role combines strategic prospecting, consultative selling, complex deal management, and account expansion.
You will engage deeply with technical stakeholders to understand their challenges, uncover use cases, and position solutions around their goals.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle across the Western U.S., from prospect identification and discovery through closing, adoption, and account growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with AI, machine learning, engineering, and other relevant enterprise stakeholders.
- Actively engage with the AI/ML community to identify prospects, build credibility, and uncover new opportunities.
- Develop and execute sophisticated prospecting strategies to generate qualified enterprise pipeline.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, priorities, technical environments, and business objectives.
- Present the platform's value proposition and develop compelling solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Research target accounts, decision-makers, competitive landscapes, and potential use cases in depth.
- Create sales plays, talk tracks, and targeted strategies to pursue new business opportunities.
- Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage proof-of-concept engagements and help prospects successfully evaluate and adopt the solution.
- Understand customer use cases, determine appropriate licensing, and identify opportunities to expand workloads and account value.
- Apply structured enterprise sales methodologies such as BANT or MEDDIC.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer success and support account growth.
- Communicate market feedback, customer observations, and sales insights clearly across the organization.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a motivated enterprise SaaS seller with a strong track record of managing complex sales cycles and the confidence to operate with significant autonomy in a rapidly evolving technology environment.
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
- Proven full-cycle sales experience, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing.
- Experience navigating complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain a valuable professional network.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset and comfort operating in environments with limited established processes.
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to identify and prioritize high-value opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly and objectively communicate customer and market insights.
- Fast-paced, customer-focused approach with a strong commitment to helping prospects and customers achieve their goals.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to prioritize collective team success over individual performance.
- Familiarity with sales technologies and a willingness to learn and adopt new tools for prospecting and pipeline development.
- Experience selling into Software Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies or strong interest in learning the space is advantageous.
