We're hosting an in-person hiring event on Tuesday, October 27, where you'll have the opportunity to meet our team, interview for a Warehouse Associate position, and potentially receive a job offer the same day!

• Starting Pay: $16.50/hour

What to Expect at the Event:

• Meet our team and learn more about working at Stitch Fix.
• Complete an in-person interview.
• Potentially receive a job offer the same day!
• If selected, get onsite assistance with your offer paperwork and initiating your background check.
• Complete your required drug test afterward at an offsite clinic of your choice.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll stay active throughout your shiftwalking 410 miles a day, along with bending and lifting up to 50 pounds. You'll support daily operations, including picking, packing, quality control, processing, binning, and dock work.

You'll work both independently and as part of a team to meet goals, handle inventory, and keep operations running smoothly.

• Competitive Pay: Starting at $16.50/hour, with $0.50 increases every six months for the first two years and an additional increase to $19.25 after three years of service.
• Full-Time Schedules:
• MondayFriday: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
• WednesdaySaturday: 7:00 AM 5:30 PM

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE

• You enjoy staying active and can perform work involving standing, walking 410 miles per shift, bending, repetitive hand movements, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You can read, speak, and understand English to support safe and efficient warehouse operations.
• You are safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
• You are reliable, responsible, and committed to excellent attendance.
• You can consistently meet performance goals and metrics.
• You bring a positive, can-do attitude and can adapt to changing business needs.
