Sales Ambassador in Austin, Texas at MISA Imports

Summary

The Sales Ambassador operates as the primary account management contact with their respective customer accounts. This role promotes company products and services to prospective and existing clients. It is the duty of the Sales Ambassador to increase customer loyalty and business retention.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales and education of Diverse wine portfolio to on-premises and off-premise accounts
• Maintains deep knowledge of MISA products and accounts
• Bolsters & Builds on existing Customer relationships
• Commits to continuous learning in the areas of Wine & Sales
• Expands account base monthly
• Explores new opportunities weekly allowing for MISA’s market expansion
• Discovers and identifies customer business growth needs
• Develops a business growth plan for each customer
• Completes inventory management
• Handles Sales Order Management
• Forecasts customer product needs
• Performs product procurement and fulfillment
• Participates in sales meetings, on-site trainings, and supplier events
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Relevant experience in Wine and Spirits preferred
• Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to foster positive relationships
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
