PEO Implementation Consultant

Location: Duluth, Georgia (On-Site)

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year

Role summary: Manage the full implementation lifecycle for new PEO clients to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, compliance with payroll and HR regulations, and successful adoption of our solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation, payroll, HR, PEO, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple client implementation projects simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of payroll processes, HR operations, compliance, and regulations.

Hands-on experience with PrismHR.

Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Previous experience within a PEO environment.

Knowledge of benefits administration and related federal/state regulations.

Professional certifications such as CPP, FPC, PHR, SHRM-CP, or PMP.

Experience collaborating with Payroll, Client Relations, Benefits, and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the onboarding and implementation process for new PEO clients.

Configure HR and payroll solutions based on client requirements.

Serve as the primary point of contact throughout implementation.

Train clients on system utilization and best practices.

Resolve implementation-related technical and operational issues.

Partner with internal departments to ensure a successful transition.

Maintain expertise in payroll, HR compliance, and industry best practices.

Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and efficiencies.
