Co-owned by MasterChef winner and judge Andy Allen and celebrity chef Darren Robertson, Three Blue Ducks started as a small café in Bronte 16 years ago. From the outset, the idea was simple: cook honest food, work closely with good people, and create places that feel welcoming, relaxed and connected to their surroundings. From regenerative farming and thoughtful sourcing to menus designed to be shared, our focus stays the same: good delicious food, done properly, in spaces where people genuinely want to be.

We've since grown into a multi-venue hospitality group with nine venues across Byron Bay, Sydney, Melbourne, Bellingen, Brunswick Heads and Nimbo, plus three distinct venues recently launched on Burradoo Park Farm in the Southern Highlands.

The role We're looking for a creative, organised Marketing Coordinator to help grow our brand and tell our story across every channel.

Your focus will be content production and growing our social media channels: creating and scheduling posts, daily community management, influencer marketing, and coordinating content shoots. Under the guidance of the Marketing Specialist and the Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll also support campaigns across venue activations, influencer marketing, Canva designs, e-com and retail, website, EDMs, SevenRooms and internal comms, spanning every part of the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves food and hospitality with a pulse on social media trends and influencers, to make their mark on the Ducks' brand. We're after someone great with people, obsessed with food and content, and confident both behind and in front of the camera.

What you'll do

· Manage our day-to-day social: posting, scheduling, captions and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook/Meta and TikTok

· Produce social-first content end to end, from scripting and filming to editing and static design, using CapCut, Canva and native tools

· Support on content shoots across our venues, including helping venue teams create their own content

· Relationship building with influencers, including sourcing, outreach, briefing, meeting, reviewing and managing across all locations

· Support campaigns and marketing operations, promotions, events and venue moments including and not limited to: menu updates, Canva design work

· Keep things accurate and current: menu updates, website, SevenRooms and internal comms

About you

· 1+ years in a marketing role, ideally social media or content creation, either working for yourself, on brand-side or agency

· A love of hospitality, food and content, and/or experience growing social channels (your own or a client's)

· Strong feel for social trends, influencers, content creation

· Handy with CapCut (or similar), Canva, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

· Organised, detail-focused and calm juggling multiple priorities

· Bonus points for experience with booking systems like SevenRooms

· Keen and available to travel to various venues during the year
