We are currently recruiting a SHEQ Officer to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working towardcommon goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily O&M activities to ensure compliance with established SHEQ policies.
Conduct regular safety walk-throughs, inspections, and assist in risk assessments.
Deliver toolbox talks and participate in training sessions for new hires and subcontractors.
Track and record incidents, help investigate root causes, and recommend basic corrective actions.
Maintain SHEQ records, permits, and logs in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with site teams to resolve typical safety concerns and suggest procedural improvements.
Serve as a point of contact for routine safety questions from site staff.
Monitor PPE usage and support the enforcement of safe work practices.
Assist with emergency response plans and participate in safety drills.
Contribute to pre-task planning meetings and encourage safe work behaviors.

Education & Certifications

High school diploma required; technical certificate or associate degree in SHEQ or related field preferred.
OHS certification required; First Aid/CPR certification required.
Other safety-related training and certificates considered a plus.

Experience & Technical Skills

2–4 years of experience in SHEQ roles in construction or industrial settings.
Practical knowledge of OHSA and site safety regulations.
Experience conducting safety inspections and basic incident investigations.
Use of safety documentation and reporting tools (Excel, Word; basic digital apps).
Understanding of standard CSP practices and hazards.

Capable of leading toolbox talks and supporting daily safety operations.
