The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing hiring processes, and acting as a trusted talent partner to internal stakeholders. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and translate business objectives into effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop hiring plans, forecast recruitment timelines, and identify potential talent gaps.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Design and implement structured interview processes and candidate evaluation frameworks.
- Build diverse and high-quality talent pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, job platforms, professional networks, and community partnerships.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates, especially for specialized and hard-to-fill roles.
- Develop long-term talent communities to support future hiring requirements.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, recruitment recommendations, and hiring updates.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment on role expectations, timelines, and candidate quality.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, transparency, and engaging recruitment journeys.
- Support employer branding initiatives through storytelling, outreach, hiring events, and talent engagement activities.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, implement best practices, and increase operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategy, with the ability to manage multiple hiring projects while building trusted relationships with stakeholders. This role requires a data-driven, organized, and people-focused professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related human resources role.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and workforce planning.
- Proven ability to source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networks, and other channels.
- Experience conducting structured interviews and assessing candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and platforms such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Ability to track recruitment metrics, build reports, and use data to improve hiring decisions.
- Strong employer branding skills with the ability to communicate compelling talent narratives.
- Commitment to creating inclusive, transparent, and positive candidate experiences.
- Strong awareness of talent market trends, recruitment benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

- Experience supporting onboarding processes and ensuring smooth candidate transitions is an advantage.
