As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing candidate-focused recruitment activities and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the hiring journey. You will use sourcing strategies, communication skills, and organizational abilities to identify and support healthcare professionals while maintaining high standards of service.
- Source and engage healthcare professionals through platforms such as LinkedIn and internal recruitment databases.
- Conduct candidate outreach through calls, emails, and other communication channels to identify suitable opportunities.
- Manage candidate documentation, compliance requirements, and onboarding processes.
- Support clinicians throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring timely communication and guidance.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure recruitment processes are followed efficiently.
- Build trusted relationships with candidates through professional and consistent engagement.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support successful placements and operational goals.
The ideal candidate will have recruitment, sales, or relationship management experience, with strong communication abilities and the motivation to work in a target-driven environment. Experience in healthcare recruitment is beneficial but not mandatory, while the ability to manage candidates professionally and effectively is essential.
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, sales, or another target-oriented role is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain candidate relationships.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work UK business hours from the office location.
- Strong attention to detail when handling candidate compliance and documentation.
- Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred but not essential.
