As a Software Quality Analyst, you will play an important role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of digital solutions. • Support product teams by identifying quality issues and providing recommendations for correcting non-conformities and improving service quality.
• Perform analysis of software failures, investigate root causes, and contribute to effective problem resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help ensure that products and processes meet expected quality standards and user requirements.
• Participate in discussions around process optimization, methodologies, and improvements to delivery workflows.
• Provide support during critical situations by applying problem-solving skills and helping teams manage operational challenges.

• Currently pursuing or completed higher education in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace tools and digital collaboration platforms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to analyze issues and identify practical solutions.
• Ability to handle challenges, manage priorities, and contribute effectively during critical situations.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
