Red Thread PR is looking for an Senior Account Executive! Our SAE helpsus achieve and merchandise our efforts and demonstrate our value to clients.This position is responsible for executing assignments that support strategiccommunications plans, activations, media relations outreach influencerengagement, brand partnership/sponsorships, as well as research, reporting andtrouble shooting. It requires collaborative work within the department andagency, active participation in meetings, extreme attention to detail, and aneye for trending news and cultural moment. Professional maturity, strongorganizational and time management skills and meticulous attention to detailare crucial to success in this role.

This position is responsible for 4-6 client relationships and theexecution of public relations tactics all while ensuring that intended outcomesare met. In this role, you would beresponsible for executing strategic plans and messaging for several clients(including global, national and regional brands) and intervention for problemsolving and crisis management. Itrequires collaborative work within both the PR department and agency at-large,strategic thinking and proven executional experience with paid, owned andearned media tactics.

RESPONSIBILITES:

· Support 4-6 diverse clients at a time, executing public relationstactics, building client relationships, as well as reporting and measurement.

· Support clients in insurance, financial service, QSR industries

· Executing against clients' plans and supporting accountteams in exceeding clients' goals

· Maintaining client relationships and ensuring that intended outcomes aremet

· Reporting and measurement of media coverage

· Collaborating extensively within Red Thread PR and across Brownstein'ssister agencies

· Successfully securing editorial coverage; proactive media outreach everyday is required! Must be passionate about media relations; must be hungry forheadlines!

· Execute well-written thought leadership materials

· Think creatively and strategically; identify issues and problem solveproactively

· Manage a variety of tactics within an integratedcommunications platform

· Understand complex subject matter across a variety of industries

· Write for a wide variety of audiences

· Coordinate event logistics

· Monitor the media and produce reporting materials

· Providing a well-articulated point of view onindustry trends, news makers and communication strategy.

· Maintaining internal documents and status as they relate to all facetsof a project so locating is easy and intuitive for all team members

· Taking detailed and organized notes and providing meeting recaps

· Keeping a pulseon relevant industry and client news

· Receiving feedback with positiveattitude and adopting it across all accounts

· MUST BE LOCAL TO PHILADELPHIA!

· Required to be in officeat 215 S. Broad Street every Tuesday; remote all other days

· Required to be at select clientevents and meetings in Philadelphia region, as appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 4-year degree with concentration in PR, Journalism,Communication or English

· Minimum 5years' AGENCY experience

· Strong writing skills and writing samples

· Understanding of both traditional and non-traditional PR tactics

· Knowledge of media relations and activations andexecutional processes

· Proven media relations results and sample work

· Experience supporting PR campaigns and plans andproven executional excellence

· Experience reporting and measuring campaign success

· Event management and vendor management experience

· Knowledge of media monitoring and AI tools

· Excellent client service and interpersonalcommunication skills
