The Manager of Quality Assurance and Compliance (MQA) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day quality assurance activities of the organization to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standard, as it relates to organ and tissue donor records. This position will ensure all processes and systems adhere to both internal and external standards, regulations and best practices, striving for continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications: Degree or certification in health-related field, quality management, business management or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of three years’ experience in quality and regulatory systems. Management experience preferred. MSTF is located in Cordova, TN. Salary range is: $82k - 102k ; based on education and work experience. Work hours are traditional office hours + dictated by workload.
