The role centers on Agentic Process Automation, enabling digital agents and intelligent copilots to execute processes with greater autonomy.

• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions that address complex business and operational challenges.
• Build solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 and advanced capabilities such as API Tasks, Document Automation, AI Agents, Code Review, and automation copilots.
• Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical architectures.
• Develop and maintain reusable automation components, libraries, frameworks, and technical standards across projects.
• Apply software development and coding best practices to ensure secure, maintainable, scalable, and high-quality automation solutions.
• Design agent orchestration, lifecycle governance, version control, and deployment strategies across the automation lifecycle.
• Integrate automation solutions with APIs, external applications, and enterprise systems to enable end-to-end process automation.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, validation, and documentation in accordance with automation and RPA standards.
• Evaluate AI models through testing, A/B testing, and other performance measurement techniques to assess accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness.
• Monitor and continuously optimize AI models and automation solutions for performance, scalability, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
• Design, implement, and maintain automation environments across cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Support Agile and DevOps practices to enable rapid delivery, iterative development, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, framework guidelines, and other supporting materials.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI and automation development, including experience with Agentic Process Automation or related automation technologies.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Automation Anywhere A360, including advanced automation modules and integration capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and modern scripting languages used for automation and AI integration.
• Strong understanding of API development, system integrations, and data flows between enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to design and develop secure, scalable, modular, and maintainable automation solutions.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, data structures, AI model evaluation, and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience deploying and managing automation environments in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Experience creating automation frameworks and managing agent lifecycles, governance, versioning, and reusable components.
• Knowledge of RPA and automation documentation standards and best practices.
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies and their application to iterative automation delivery.
• Technical English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a structured approach to complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering reliable, accurate, and high-quality solutions.
