Milton Martin Toyota is hiring a Part-Time Service Greeter to be the first friendly face our customers see when they pull into our service drive. This is a great entry point into the automotive industry for someone who loves people, thrives on communication, and wants room to grow with a company that invests in its employees.

What You'll Do
- Greet every customer with a warm, professional welcome as they arrive in the service drive
- Determine the reason for each customer's visit, confirm their appointment, and direct them to the appropriate service advisor
- Prep incoming service vehicles to keep the service bay workflow moving smoothly
- Use scheduling software daily to check in customers and manage appointment flow
- Monitor the cleanliness and safety of the service area, entrance, and exit for both customers and employees
What We're Looking For
- Professional appearance, body language, and communication at all times
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- A genuine "people person" attitude — prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
- A can-do, team-first mindset
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
