Position Description:

As part of the Thermal Concepts family, we combine the strength and resources of a growing organization with the culture and agility of a local team— and we’re seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations.

What you'll do

  1. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, and condition.
  2. Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
  3. Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  4. Pick, pull, and stage materials based on work orders and shipment requirements.
  5. Pack and prepare outgoing materials and shipments accurately and securely.
  6. Maintain accurate inventory records and document all incoming and outgoing materials.
  7. Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to management.
  8. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with company safety standards.
  9. Assist with loading, unloading, and safely moving materials throughout the warehouse as needed.


Position Requirements:

What we're looking for

  1. Previous warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience preferred, but not required.
  2. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory procedures, and material handling practices.
  3. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, or willingness to learn.
  4. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organization.
  5. Effective time management and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  6. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  7. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  8. Physically able to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday.
