This is a part-time, fully remote opportunity for a dental professional who wants to help aspiring dentists navigate competitive admissions processes.
You’ll work directly with students to strengthen their applications, prepare for interviews, and build confidence for admissions exams.
The role combines mentorship, detailed feedback, and practical coaching tailored to each student’s goals.
You’ll have the autonomy to manage your schedule and work independently from a professional home environment.
Success in this position requires strong communication, organization, discretion, and a genuine commitment to student development.
It’s an opportunity to use your dental education and experience to make a meaningful difference in the careers of future healthcare professionals.

Accountabilities
  • Review and critically assess students’ dental school application materials, providing clear, constructive feedback to strengthen their submissions.
  • Conduct realistic mock interviews and provide actionable coaching to improve students’ confidence, communication, and interview performance.
  • Support students with preparation for relevant dental admissions examinations, adapting guidance to their individual needs and objectives.
  • Provide personalized mentorship and practical advice throughout the admissions journey.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive student information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Manage student interactions and assigned responsibilities independently while maintaining high standards of service and responsiveness.
  • Take initiative in identifying ways to improve the student experience and contribute to team and consulting initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and collaborative activities as needed.
Requirements
  • Completed or currently pursuing a DDS or DMD, or experience as a practicing or non-practicing dentist.
  • Must be located in Canada or the United States; this opportunity is structured as a remote independent-contractor role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and provide constructive feedback.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
  • Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, strong work ethic, and comfort with self-directed learning.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with online communication, collaboration, and educational tools.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive student information.
  • Must not currently work for another test-preparation company.
  • Must have a quiet, private, distraction-free workspace with a door, an ergonomic setup, and reliable high-speed internet with a minimum 10 Mbps download speed.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a professional and student-focused approach.
Benefits
  • Fully remote: Work from the comfort of your own home without the need to commute to an office.
  • Flexible schedule: Choose both your working hours and the number of hours you want to work.
  • Competitive pay rates for consulting work.
  • Performance rewards based on strong student satisfaction.
  • Collaborative culture: Participate in fun team events, meetings, and activities.
  • Professional growth: Opportunities to develop independent projects and pursue career advancement.
  • Meaningful impact: Help aspiring healthcare professionals achieve their educational and career goals.
  • Part-time contractor flexibility designed to provide autonomy over where and when you work.
