Job Description

Your Role at a Glance

As Manager, Digital Integrations, you will lead the day-to-day oversight, development, coordination, and staffing of technical teams in an Agile environment. You will serve as a people leader, coach, and strategic partner, guiding the delivery of reliable, scalable, and business-focused integration solutions that support the systems used to market, sell, and license Mastercam. This role balances operational support, project execution, stakeholder partnership, resource planning, and employee development to advance departmental and company objectives.

How You’ll Drive Success

Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on integrating internal systems.
  • Set clear performance expectations, goals, and development plans, supported by regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and career discussions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence
  • Oversee day-to-day support and administration of business-critical systems and integrations.
  • Ensure incidents, service requests, and production issues are triaged, prioritized, and resolved in line with service expectations.
  • Improve support processes, system reliability, monitoring, and documentation.
Delivery & Strategy
  • Partner with business stakeholders and Product Owners to prioritize work, manage backlogs, and align resources with company priorities.
  • Scope, estimate, and execute projects and enhancement requests while monitoring delivery metrics, team capacity, project health, and risk.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and enterprise programs, and contribute to the Digital Systems technology roadmap and strategic planning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The Talents We’re SeekingEducation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations and APIs using MuleSoft, Salesforce, ERP, and related business applications.
  • 3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, data modeling, scalable integration patterns, software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, release management, and support operations.
  • Experience balancing project delivery priorities with production support responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives and successfully support others in a team environment.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience creating and maintaining OpenAPI specifications and interactive API documentation using Swagger and Scalar.
  • MuleSoft and/or Salesforce certification(s).
  • Ability to communicate accurate and timely information in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand manner.
