Order Filler / Sewing Operator in at Makwa Global, LLC

• Perform dual-role functions supporting order fulfillment and tailoring operations.
• Pick, stage, and prepare ICE and organizational gear for issue or shipment.
• Operate sewing and embroidery equipment to alter, repair, and customize uniforms and gear.
• Apply name tapes, rank, and unit identifiers.
• Inspect garments for workmanship and serviceability.
• Stage completed orders for issue or shipment.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Support surge operations and high-tempo issue events.

• Warehouse fulfillment experience preferred.
• Sewing or garment alteration experience strongly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Precision in both picking and tailoring tasks.
• Ability to read work orders and tailoring instructions.
• Aptitude with commercial or industrial sewing equipment.
• Strong time management and accountability.

Certifications / Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sewing or textile training a plus.
