Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals to support growth and scalability
- Manage all aspects of benefits administration, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with legal standards
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in human resources management, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements:- 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in an HR management or HR business partner role
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
- Demonstrated experience with benefits administration, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, leave programs, and benefits compliance
- Experience working in a startup, high-growth, or fast-paced environment preferred
- Strong working knowledge of federal and applicable state employment laws and regulations, including wage and hour, leave, workplace safety, anti-discrimination, and employee classification requirements
