  • Lead, coach, and support clinic teams and supervisors, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Oversee patient scheduling, provider schedules, and staffing coordination to ensure appropriate coverage and efficient patient access.
  • Support staff training, development, and performance management to maintain consistent service and operational standards.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges, improve patient flow, and promote consistency across clinic locations.
  • Monitor staffing levels, labor costs, and operational resources, partnering with the Director of Clinic Operations to support efficient and financially responsible clinic operations.
  • Partner closely with the Director of Clinic Operations, providers, and clinical leadership to support effective clinic operations and continuous improvement.
Requirements: Who We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in ambulatory clinic or practice management, preferably multi-site primary care.
  • Proven success supervising both front-office and clinical support teams, including experience leading supervisors or leads.
  • Strong ability to manage complex patient scheduling and access in hybrid membership or direct-pay environments.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly among western Wisconsin clinic locations.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Proficiency with EMR/practice management systems (NextGen Office experience is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in direct primary care (DPC), direct-pay, employer-sponsored, or transparent-pricing models.
  • Clinical background (RN, medical assistant, or similar).
  • Prior multi-site leadership that integrated front desk and clinical support functions.
What We Offer
  • Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
  • Free primary care appointments for you, your spouse, and children, plus discounted labs, vaccines, prescriptions, supplies, and medical weight loss programs.
  • Profit sharing and employee referral programs.
  • Employee assistance program (EAP) and professional development opportunities.
  • A collaborative, patient-focused work environment where your leadership makes a meaningful difference.
