Job Description

Description:
  • Review customer spec, prints and processing requirements. Report to PE/PM about issues found.
  • Searching components spec and process requirements from suppliers.
  • Create SOP/BP and other instructions at products manufactured at Fremont. Document/record Red line, maintain documentation and make document interpretation.
  • Review labor time at each process of produced items and provide solutions of process improvements.
  • On-site supports for production lines.
  • Create SRD (Supplier requested deviations) request if needed.
  • Design and support fixtures for production.
  • Sync-up with China manufacturing processes. Final say in document interpretation.
  • Technically lead Assistant Process Engineer. Train operators are using new or high end equipment. Order and manage equipment and tools if needed.
  • Additional projects/ roles/ responsibilities assigned by management"
Requirements:
  • IE or Electrical Engineering bachelor degree or higher.
  • 3-5 years experience of cable assembly and wire harness manufacturing is desired (Intermediate Level).
  • Extensive knowledge about interconnect technologies and products.
