• Answer patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed to optimize clinic flow
• Maintain accurate patient records and appointment schedules
• Collaborate with the optometry team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle administrative tasks related to patient intake and follow-up
• Confirm Schedules with providers and clinical team members
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a medical or optometry office preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic office tools
• Ability to remain professional and courteous in a high-volume phone environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work in-office only; remote or hybrid options are not available
