IN THIS OUTSIDE SALES MARKET DEVELOPMENT ROLE YOU WILL:

You'll prospect by car and on foot throughout your assigned territory, visiting small stores and businesses to introduce W.B. Mason's selection of almost anything needed to run a business. You'll connect directly with owners and purchasing decision-makers, learn what they use and how they buy, and identify opportunities to earn their business. Using marketing materials and product demonstrations, you'll explain how our supplies fit their day-to-day needs, offer custom pricing, follow up on opportunities, and turn prospects into new customers. You'll introduce our web tools and help customers get set up through MasonvilleGO. Working closely with inside sales and our onboarding teams, you'll ensure new accounts transition smoothly and are well taken care of. Regular branch sales meetings will keep you connected and supported as you grow your territory and your outside sales career.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR THIS OUTSIDE SALES MARKET DEVELOPMENT POSITION:

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college (preferred)
