Seeking highly motivated, team-oriented, and customer-service-oriented Banquet Captains, Banquet Servers, Buffet Food Runners, Concession Food Runners, Cashiers, Bar Staff and Servers (volume banquet serving experience preferred). Must be able to carry oval trays and able to lift 50 lbs comfortably throughout the shift. We have rolling interviews for all positions:

Banquet Captains, Banquet Servers, Bar-backs, Bartenders, Banquet Set-Up, Cashiers, Food Runners (Buffet & Concession)

Requests for all positions fluctuate throughout the year with peak season being late January through May - we CANNOT GUARANTEE SHIFTS, but we are always building our staff.

All positions will require physical duties that will include standing for majority of the shifts and lots of walking to and from banquet to food stations. Will lift 50 lbs or less and need to carry and walk long distances with various items including oval trays, large drink carts, buffet food pans, etc. Must be able to move quickly to meet the fast-paced and quick turn-around service to guests. Will have to provide excellent customer service, professional, team-oriented and efficient.

Candidates must also be able to provide two (2) forms of ID: a) that prove your identity and b) your eligibility to work in the United States.
