Job Title: Kitchen Team Member

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate all kitchen stations including broiler, salad, and gyro once trained

- Maintain flexible scheduling, including opening, midday, and closing shifts

- Keep work areas clean, organized, and in compliance with safety and sanitation standards

- Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed

- Ensure the kitchen environment remains sanitary and adheres to health regulations

- Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

- Maintain uniform standards and professional appearance at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to work at all stations (broiler, salad, gyro) after training

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including opening, midday, and closing

- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures

- Willingness to assist with prep work and other kitchen tasks

- Open availability is a plus

- Prior kitchen or food service experience is preferred but not required

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
