Join Farm Frites Australia as a Learning & Development Specialist and play a key role in building a skilled, safe and high-performing workforce at our new manufacturing facility in Dooen, Victoria.

Working closely with Operations, Quality, Safety and HR teams, you’ll design and deliver engaging training programs that support employee capability, compliance and continuous improvement across the site.

In this hands-on role, you will:

• Develop and deliver training programs, inductions and on-the-job training
• Support compliance training including WHS, food safety and SOPs
• Maintain training records, competency matrices and LMS systems
• Partner with leaders to identify skills gaps and development opportunities
• Support leadership development and cross-skilling initiatives
• Drive a strong learning culture across the site

You’ll bring:

• Experience in Learning & Development, Training or HR, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Knowledge of compliance training requirements in manufacturing environments
• A proactive mindset and passion for developing people
• Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Human Resources or similar field
