- Extensive professional experience in climate, health, sustainability, food systems, philanthropy, advocacy, or related sectors.
- Proven experience designing and implementing high-impact strategies within complex and evolving environments.
- Strong understanding of food system transformation, including areas such as environmental sustainability, agriculture, public health, food security, and social development.
- Demonstrated experience managing grantmaking processes, partnerships, or large-scale stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills with the ability to engage effectively across nonprofit, philanthropic, governmental, and private sector environments.
- Experience working with donors or philanthropic institutions, including fundraising or partnership development activities.
