- Lead and scale a high-performing organization of engineering managers and engineers focused on ads measurement infrastructure and platform capabilities.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for critical measurement systems, including conversion ingestion, attribution frameworks, lift measurement, signal quality, and downstream machine learning signal delivery.
- Drive engineering excellence across scalability, reliability, latency optimization, and data integrity for large-scale distributed systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, ML Engineering, Marketing, and Business stakeholders to align technical priorities with business goals and advertiser needs.
- Improve the quality, trustworthiness, and usability of measurement signals powering reporting, optimization, experimentation, and ad delivery systems.
- Establish strong engineering standards around system design, operational excellence, experimentation practices, and long-term maintainability.
- Identify architectural risks, scaling bottlenecks, and technical gaps while driving strategic solutions across organizational boundaries.
- Mentor and develop engineering leaders and senior engineers, fostering a culture centered on accountability, technical rigor, collaboration, and execution velocity.
- Stay informed on industry trends related to attribution, ads measurement, privacy changes, and signal resilience within the advertising ecosystem.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant leadership experience within ads technology, measurement platforms, or related domains.
- Proven experience managing engineering managers and senior engineering teams responsible for large-scale distributed systems and data-intensive platforms.
- Deep technical expertise in ads measurement technologies, including attribution systems, conversion APIs, pixel infrastructure, signal quality, and lift measurement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of systems supporting machine learning optimization, reporting infrastructure, experimentation platforms, and ads delivery ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering, Product, Data Science, and go-to-market teams.
- Excellent systems-thinking capabilities with the ability to balance long-term architecture decisions with execution speed and operational reliability.
- Strong communication, organizational leadership, and stakeholder management skills in highly collaborative environments.
- Familiarity with evolving trends in digital advertising measurement, attribution modeling, and privacy-focused signal reliability strategies.
- Hands-on technical mindset with the ability to engage deeply in architectural discussions and engineering strategy.
- Base salary range of $286,700 – $401,400 USD.
