- Lead the planning, development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of hospital billing and enterprise applications across the organization.
- Serve as the primary strategic and operational contact for leadership teams within the assigned application domain.
- Oversee system lifecycle activities including requirements analysis, solution design, implementation planning, testing, deployment, and operational support.
- Ensure enterprise applications are integrated, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals, operational workflows, and user needs.
- Manage large-scale projects, application enhancements, and system upgrades while maintaining timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder communication.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, consultants, and cross-functional teams to support scalable and cost-effective technology solutions.
- Lead and mentor technical teams, supporting talent development, performance management, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
- Develop and manage operating and capital budgets while ensuring efficient use of financial and technical resources.
- Promote adherence to governance, compliance, security, and organizational policies across all application initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in information systems, enterprise application management, or systems implementation within complex organizations.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience managing technical teams, enterprise projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong expertise in healthcare systems, hospital billing applications, and enterprise application environments.
- Proven experience overseeing full system lifecycle processes, including solution design, implementation, optimization, and support.
- Advanced project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across operational, clinical, and technical teams.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, service agreements, and technology budgets.
- Solid understanding of healthcare operations, compliance requirements, and integrated health system dynamics.
- Ability to travel occasionally as required for business and operational needs.
- Competitive compensation within a pay range of approximately $75.40 - $120.65 per hour
