In this role, you will help drive the successful deployment and adoption of advanced industrial technology solutions for global manufacturing organizations. Acting as a key bridge between customers, engineering teams, and project stakeholders, you will combine technical expertise with customer relationship management to deliver impactful results across complex deployments. You’ll work in a collaborative and remote-first environment where innovation, operational excellence, and customer success are central to the mission. The position offers the opportunity to manage strategic accounts, support technical implementations, and contribute to the optimization of manufacturing operations through data-driven solutions. - Support customer success initiatives including pilots, deployments, renewals, and expansion programs across strategic accounts.
- Manage projects related to account management, program coordination, and professional services to improve customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Coordinate and track global technology deployments in collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Act as a liaison between customers and engineering teams by prioritizing support requests and helping resolve technical and product-related issues.
- Work closely with Technical Project Managers, Account Managers, and Applications Engineers to deliver successful end-to-end solution rollouts across the product ecosystem.
- Assist customers with technical discussions, implementation planning, deployment execution, and operational adoption strategies.
- Analyze customer data and operational insights to support informed decision-making and continuous solution improvement.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration across geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute to process optimization, documentation, and customer enablement initiatives to improve deployment efficiency and service quality.
- 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Technical Project Management, or related client-facing roles within SaaS or manufacturing technology environments.
- Experience working with project management methodologies and coordinating technical deployment initiatives.
- Technical knowledge of Python, API integrations, scripting, and database querying.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw conclusions from large data sets.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multicultural and international teams in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations, IoT solutions, networking technologies, or industrial environments is considered an advantage.
- Additional expertise in technical training, instructional support, or multilingual communication is a plus.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance technical discussions and relationship management responsibilities.
- Competitive compensation package ranging from approximately £85,000 to £115,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
