  • Conduct in-person customer engagement activities, including executive meetings, industry conferences, regional events, and on-site presentations.
  • Utilize CRM and sales enablement tools to manage forecasting, pipeline governance, sales reporting, and operational excellence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and positioning.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, including a strong focus on new logo acquisition and enterprise account growth.
  • Proven success exceeding sales quotas and closing complex six- to seven-figure enterprise deals.
  • Experience leading or mentoring high-performing sales teams in fast-paced technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software buying cycles, technical evaluations, and stakeholder management within large organizations.
  • Experience selling developer tools, cloud-native technologies, distributed systems, or highly technical software solutions is highly preferred.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and distributed applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability in high-growth and evolving environments.
  • Proficiency with modern sales technologies such as Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $300,000 to $420,000.
  • Eligibility to participate in company equity programs.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible collaboration opportunities.
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off plus 12 company holidays and 2 floating holidays.
  • 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company support.
  • Life insurance, disability coverage, and additional wellness benefits.
