Accountabilities:
  • Lead the design and execution of global marketing capability-building initiatives, including onboarding programs, leadership development pathways, and long-term talent strategies.
  • Build and manage a comprehensive marketing learning ecosystem, including live training, self-paced learning, regional enablement programs, and digital learning experiences.
  • Oversee the implementation and evolution of marketing competency frameworks, career pathways, hiring support tools, and recruitment strategies to strengthen marketing talent across the organization.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and regional teams to align learning and development initiatives with broader commercial and organizational goals.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environment.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives by introducing scalable learning solutions and promoting marketing excellence best practices globally.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by evaluating program effectiveness, engagement, and long-term impact on business performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of marketing experience, Master’s degree with 7+ years, or Doctorate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong background in global marketing strategy, brand planning, and lifecycle marketing management within complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing capability development, adult learning principles, and talent management programs.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple organizational levels and regions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and align diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to drive organizational change and execute transformation initiatives in evolving environments.
  • Strategic mindset combined with operational execution skills and a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and stakeholder engagement.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% as needed.
