This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR), GTM in India.
This is a high-impact, founder-like operating role embedded directly within the company’s growth engine, designed for seasoned GTM operators who thrive in ambiguity and execution. You will work closely with senior leadership to tackle the most critical revenue-driving challenges, from fixing broken funnels to launching entirely new go-to-market motions. The role is highly fluid, moving across sales, partnerships, pricing, and growth strategy with a systems-level view of the business. Rather than advising from the sidelines, you will own problems end-to-end and be accountable for measurable commercial outcomes. This is a rare opportunity to operate at CXO-level proximity while still working in a hands-on builder capacity. You will be expected to bring speed, clarity, and structure to undefined problems in fast-moving environments. The impact of your work will be directly visible in company-level growth metrics and OKRs.
- Own and drive high-priority GTM problems end-to-end, diagnosing execution gaps and delivering measurable improvements in revenue and funnel performance.
- Build and launch 0→1 go-to-market motions, including new channels, segments, partnerships, or product-led growth initiatives.
- Take ownership of specific company OKRs tied to revenue and ensure consistent progress against them.
- Redesign and operationalize commercial functions such as pricing, upsell, partnerships, and enterprise sales motions.
- Lead focused GTM initiatives from prospecting through to closed-won outcomes when required for strategic accounts or segments.
- Temporarily step into leadership gaps within GTM functions, ensuring continuity until permanent hires are in place.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, RevOps, and customer success to align execution and drive outcomes.
- Prior founder or early-stage operator with strong GTM ownership experience and proven 0→1 execution in revenue-driven roles.
- OR 4–8 years of experience in GTM, sales, business development, or growth roles at high-growth Series B+ SaaS companies.
- Experience in Founder’s Office or Chief of Staff roles with direct accountability for revenue or commercial outcomes is strongly preferred.
- Strong track record of owning business outcomes and driving measurable impact on revenue or pipeline.
- Deep understanding of GTM mechanics, including pipeline generation, deal closure, and customer expansion strategies.
- High bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to execute without structured briefs or processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate opportunities and build sound business cases.
- Excellent cross-functional influence, communication skills, and ability to drive alignment without formal authority.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience operating in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
