This is a strategic and highly influential HR Business Partner role supporting fast-moving Customer and Sales organizations within a global, high-growth SaaS environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping shape workforce strategy, performance, and organizational design decisions. The role goes beyond traditional HR support, requiring deep commercial awareness and the ability to connect people insights directly to business outcomes. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, bringing forward proactive, data-driven recommendations that anticipate challenges before they emerge. With a strong emphasis on AI-enabled HR practices, you will leverage modern tools to elevate analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of people strategy, data, and commercial execution.

Accountabilities:
  • Partner closely with senior leaders across Customer and Sales organizations to shape and drive the people strategy aligned with business performance goals.
  • Use data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to identify trends in performance, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership decisions, providing clear, evidence-based recommendations.
  • Manage and guide employee relations matters, supporting leaders in resolving complex cases with consistency and confidence.
  • Drive HR projects and initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring structured execution and measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and L&D to ensure a seamless end-to-end employee experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering or HR generalist responsibilities.
  • Strong experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments, ideally supporting Sales and Customer-facing organizations.
  • Solid understanding of GTM metrics such as churn, pipeline health, quota attainment, and retention drivers.
  • Proven ability to influence and challenge senior leaders with credibility and data-backed insights.
  • Strong proficiency in people analytics and the ability to build strategic narratives from data.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools or agentic workflows to improve HR efficiency and decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of US employment law and multi-state HR compliance preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and delivering HR programs at scale.
  • High emotional intelligence, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
  • Strong curiosity about AI and the future of work, with a proactive mindset toward innovation.
