Accountabilities:

  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver integrated fundraising initiatives across channels such as direct mail, email, SMS, and digital outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic guidance, proactive communication, and high-quality customer service.
  • Oversee campaign production timelines, workflows, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure projects remain on track and aligned with client goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and create actionable reports that support strategic decision-making and revenue optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve campaign effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and support business development initiatives.
  • Mentor and support team members through coaching, training, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and help strengthen long-term client partnerships.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in direct mail communications, fundraising, marketing, or campaign management within nonprofit, political, or agency environments.
  • Proven experience managing direct mail campaigns from strategy through production and performance analysis.
  • Strong client management and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously in deadline-driven environments.
  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Passion for social impact, advocacy, fundraising, or mission-driven work.
  • Experience with integrated fundraising strategies across multiple communication channels is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Annual salary of $79,000 for this temporary, full-time, benefits-eligible position.
  • 100% employer-paid premiums for a platinum-level national medical healthcare plan.
  • 100% employer-paid life insurance and short-term disability coverage.
  • 50% employer-paid dental and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) plan with a 3% employer contribution.
  • 20 vacation days plus 12 paid holidays, sick leave, bereavement leave, and volunteer time off.
  • Paid parental leave at 100% salary coverage.
  • Financial support for reproductive and transgender care.
  • Flexible remote work and telecommuting policies.
  • Company-issued Mac equipment for home office use.
  • Additional perks including cell phone reimbursement, meal reimbursements, and ride-share support.
  • Opportunity to work in a collaborative, mission-driven, and socially impactful environment.
