- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of direct mail fundraising and marketing campaigns for nonprofit and advocacy-focused clients.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver integrated fundraising initiatives across channels such as direct mail, email, SMS, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic guidance, proactive communication, and high-quality customer service.
- Oversee campaign production timelines, workflows, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure projects remain on track and aligned with client goals.
- Analyze campaign performance data and create actionable reports that support strategic decision-making and revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve campaign effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and support business development initiatives.
- Mentor and support team members through coaching, training, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Contribute to new business pitches and help strengthen long-term client partnerships.
- 5+ years of experience in direct mail communications, fundraising, marketing, or campaign management within nonprofit, political, or agency environments.
- Proven experience managing direct mail campaigns from strategy through production and performance analysis.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously in deadline-driven environments.
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Passion for social impact, advocacy, fundraising, or mission-driven work.
- Experience with integrated fundraising strategies across multiple communication channels is a plus.
- Annual salary of $79,000 for this temporary, full-time, benefits-eligible position.
