We’re building a high-performing used vehicle reconditioning operation and we’re looking for a skilled technician who wants a steady workflow, a relaxed environment, and the opportunity to simply focus on fixing vehicles correctly and efficiently.

Our operation is fed by four dealership locations, meaning there is always a steady stream of vehicles coming through the shop.

MONDAY–FRIDAY SCHEDULE- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends

We are building a recon-focused operation where the goal is simple:
- Fix vehicles correctly the first time
- Maintain strong technician efficiency
- Keep inventory moving
This is a production environment without the chaos of retail service.

IMPORTANT: MICHIGAN STATE CERTIFICATION NOT REQUIREDYou do NOT need to be Michigan State Certified to work in used vehicle reconditioning.
We understand that some of the best technicians in the industry are exceptional at diagnosing and repairing vehicles — even if standardized testing isn’t their strength.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING- Diagnosing and repairing used vehicle inventory
- Performing mechanical and drivability repairs
- Handling recon work efficiently and accurately
- Working closely with the recon team to meet cycle time goals
- Helping maintain a high-quality used vehicle inventory
