About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Practice Manager to join our team in the Denver area. As a Practice Manager, your leadership and management skills will be critical to the success of our practice. You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the daily operations of our orthodontic practice, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
- Working closely with all staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Managing the financial performance of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management.
- Driving profitability through strategic planning, sales management, and implementation of growth initiatives.
- Overseeing regional employees regarding schedules, compliance, performance, etc.
- Creating lasting relationships with the team, patients, referrals sources, and local community.
- Hitting key metrics and performance goals.
- Interviewing candidates for open positions, onboarding and overseeing training of new hires.
Position Details:
- Monday - Friday Schedule
- Full-Time; 40 hours/week
- Pay - $60,000 - $75,000

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years management or supervisor experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of dental office regulations and compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
- Previous experience working with Cloud9 dental software or other orthodontic software
- Previous Dental Office experience
- Experience with revenue cycle management and financial analysis
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives
