About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Practice Manager to join our team in the Denver area. As a Practice Manager, your leadership and management skills will be critical to the success of our practice. You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily operations of our orthodontic practice, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

• Working closely with all staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
• 
  
• Managing the financial performance of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management.
• Driving profitability through strategic planning, sales management, and implementation of growth initiatives.
• Overseeing regional employees regarding schedules, compliance, performance, etc.
• Creating lasting relationships with the team, patients, referrals sources, and local community.
• Hitting key metrics and performance goals.
• Interviewing candidates for open positions, onboarding and overseeing training of new hires.

Position Details:

• Monday - Friday Schedule
• Full-Time; 40 hours/week
• Pay - $60,000 - $75,000

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years management or supervisor experience
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of dental office regulations and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
• Previous experience working with Cloud9 dental software or other orthodontic software
• Previous Dental Office experience
• Experience with revenue cycle management and financial analysis
• Experience with quality improvement initiatives
