The Research Institute Technology Office (RITO) is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages stakeholder expectations, and ensures alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with disciplined project management practices and clear communication.
