Accurately insert components, materials, or hardware into parts per work instructions, drawings, and specificationsVerify correct orientation, fit, and placement of inserts before releasing parts to the next operationUse hand tools, fixtures, presses, and simple machines as requiredPerform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure conformance to quality requirementsIdentify, segregate, and report non-conforming parts or materials in accordance with quality proceduresMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areas (5S compliance)Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and shop floor rules at all timesDocument work as required using travelers or electronic systemsMeet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standardsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback on process issues

High school diploma or equivalent preferredManufacturing or assembly experience preferred (training is provided)Ability to read and follow work instructions, travelers, and basic drawingsGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityBasic measuring skills (calipers, gauges, visual standards)Attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
