Occupational Therapist (OT) – ACCESS Academy in Little Rock, Arkansas at Access Group, Inc.

Some of the most meaningful moments in occupational therapy happen through everyday accomplishments that make an extraordinary difference in a student’s life. A child developing the fine motor skills to complete classroom activities with greater confidence. A student learning strategies to manage sensory challenges and participate more fully in the school day. A teenager gaining the skills and independence needed to navigate daily routines and prepare for life beyond the classroom.

At ACCESS Academy, those moments are what our work is all about.

We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who loves working with children and adolescents, sees the possibilities in every student, and wants to be part of a team that shows up for one another as much as they do for the students they serve.

Our therapists work alongside educators, evaluators, and other clinical professionals in a collaborative school environment where expertise is valued, ideas are shared, and everyone works toward a common goal: helping children and adolescents reach their potential.

We know that meaningful progress doesn't happen by accident. It takes skilled therapists, the right resources, and a team that supports one another. We also believe the professionals doing this important work deserve time for their own lives.

At ACCESS, you'll enjoy:

• 15.5 paid holidays and 18 days of paid time off annually
• No nights or weekends, with steady, predictable daytime schedules
• Competitive salaries with opportunities for milestone bonuses
• Paid professional licensure and continuing education (CEUs)
• Medical, dental, vision
• Short-term disability coverage

• State-of-the-art therapy facilities designed specifically for pediatric care
• A collaborative environment where therapists, educators, and other professionals work together toward each student’s goals
• Opportunities to pursue professional interests through special projects and programs·
• A family-friendly workplace that recognizes the importance of life beyond work

As an Occupational Therapist at ACCESS Academy, you'll help children and adolescents develop the skills they need to participate more independently and confidently in school, at home, and in their communities.

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
• Current Arkansas licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical documentation skills
• A genuine interest in working with children and adolescents
• A collaborative, student-centered approach to clinical care

The most rewarding work happens when talented people have the resources, encouragement, and support to do what they do best.

At ACCESS Academy, you'll find a team that shares your commitment to children and adolescents, celebrates their progress, and understands that supporting therapists is an important part of helping students succeed.

If you're ready for a new opportunity where your work matters and your life outside of work matters, too, we'd love to meet you.
