What You'll Do:
Manages the organization's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms by developing content calendars, scheduling posts, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Creates, edits, and publishes engaging multimedia content, including copy, graphics, photography, and short-form video, to support marketing initiatives and increase audience engagement.
Develops and executes social media strategies that drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and audience growth while aligning with organizational marketing objectives.
Monitors and manages community engagement across all social media channels by responding to comments, direct messages, reviews, and guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Plans, executes, and optimizes paid social media campaigns, managing budgets, monitoring performance, and recommending improvements to maximize return on investment.
Develops and manages relationships with influencers, content creators, and strategic partners to expand brand awareness and increase audience engagement.
Tracks, analyzes, and reports social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve content strategy and campaign effectiveness.
Coordinates social media coverage for promotions, events, entertainment, and organizational initiatives, ensuring timely execution and consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
Collaborates with internal departments, creative team members, and external partners to develop content that supports organizational goals and enhances the Prairie Meadows brand.
Serves as a liaison between the Television and Marketing Departments to develop video for use on a variety of digital and traditional media platforms.
Requirements: College degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, or related field; minimum one to two years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field. (Additional experience may substitute for educational requirement.) Experience developing and executing successful social media strategies, creating engaging digital content, and managing paid social media campaigns preferred.
