Job Description
Superior Dairy is looking for 1st shift Fabrication candidates that are self-driven and able to get projects finished in a timely manner. Candidates must be open minded and ready to make necessary changes on the go. Candidates will also become familiar with safety, quality and how to be successful in a team environment. Candidates must be 18 years of age and have fabrication background. Must have flexibility in work schedule such as overtime, weekends and holidays .
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GEDMust be at least 18 years of ageMust be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the futureMust be able to successfully complete all post-offer, pre-employment contingenciesAbility to work any and/or rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, or overtime if applicable
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing and/or industrial experiencePrevious experience as Production Associate in a manufacturing plantAdditional education and/or certification in manufacturingExperience adhering to industry-specific safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Active 6G welding certification (required)Proven TIG welding experience in an industrial or manufacturing settingBasic fabrication skills (cutting, grinding, fitting, layout, and assembly)Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to safety procedures and standards
