Job Description

Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Designer based in United States.

This role is responsible for shaping a cohesive and high-impact visual and user experience across website, product, and marketing touchpoints. You will play a key role in strengthening how users discover, understand, and engage with the platform through thoughtful, conversion-driven design. The position blends brand, UX, and product design, with a strong emphasis on improving website performance and product usability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. This is a high-ownership role where your work will directly influence user perception, engagement, and conversion outcomes. You will also contribute to building scalable design systems and elevating overall design quality across the organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the end-to-end design and continuous improvement of the website, including information architecture, UX flows, visual design, and conversion optimization.
  • Design and iterate on landing pages, marketing assets, sales materials, pitch decks, and campaign visuals to support growth initiatives.
  • Lead UX design efforts for product experiences, translating complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and design reviews to ensure decisions are grounded in real user behavior and feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure high-fidelity implementation and consistent design quality in production.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems across web, product, and marketing surfaces while evolving the brand identity.
  • Present design concepts, rationale, and iterations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product, UX, web, and brand design with a strong, well-rounded portfolio.
  • Proven experience shipping website and product UX work, not just conceptual or exploratory designs.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and modern UI/UX design workflows.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with design-to-engineering handoff processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with a consistently high design quality standard.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, adtech, or high-growth startup environments is highly preferred.
  • Ability to contribute to or build design systems from scratch.
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate ideation, iteration, and asset creation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote-first environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with equity opportunities
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Fully remote work environment
  • Flexible PTO and remote-friendly culture
  • Daily lunch stipend
  • Monthly internet and mobile reimbursement
  • Annual hardware allowance
  • Bi-annual company offsites
  • Opportunity to shape and scale the design function in a fast-growing tech environment
