ICMS is looking for an experienced Program Manager (Facilities) who is responsible for the overall execution of all performance expectations. The Program Manager must manage the performance under this contract to ensure all the necessary cost, schedule and deliverable requirements as defined are met. The Program Manager must oversee the Project managers, deliverables and financial responsibilities. The Program Manager must also develop, communicate, implement and execute the methodologies, processes and procedures to meet the requirements. The Program Manager must also monitor and report project status to the Government, as required by the COR.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining a Staffing Plan, Quality Control Plan and Transition-Out Plan.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the CO, COR or PM or stakeholder to resolve problems.
  • Ensuring reports and other deliverables are submitted on time.
  • Maintaining the appropriate staffing levels to meet the Government’s performance expectations.
  • Attending meetings pertaining to contract performance as required by the CO or COR, at any time during the term of this contract.
  • Performing functions related to regulations, management directives or handbooks.
  • Identifying discrepancies and recommending remedial actions to mitigate program risk.
  • Preparing briefings and reports that directly support program management functions and providing recommendations for improvement and efficiency, as required by the COR.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree is desired in applicable disciplines. Work experience over education will be evaluated.

· Minimum of five (5) years of project management or managerial experience.

· Be highly experienced in management of projects of building mechanical operations and maintenance for buildings.

· Proven leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

· Possess effective management, organization and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in managing contracts, budgets, and schedules.

Additional Qualifying Factors:

· As a condition of employment, it will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.

Security Clearance:

It is mandatory that all Contractor personnel working onsite at federal facilities meet federal government security clearance standards. Minimum investigation at a Public Trust level required.

Job Type: Exempt, Full Time Onsite Position (Telecommute will not be considered for this position)
