This is a senior-level Oracle E-Business Suite development role focused on ensuring enterprise systems remain compliant with evolving legislative and regulatory requirements.
You will work at the intersection of technical development, functional analysis, and solution design, translating complex business needs into scalable Oracle EBS solutions.
The role requires deep expertise in enterprise application development, with a strong focus on financial and supply chain modules in mission-critical environments.
You will collaborate with cross-functional global teams in an agile setup, contributing to design, testing strategies, and high-quality delivery.
This position is highly impactful, supporting global clients by ensuring stability, compliance, and performance of large-scale ERP systems.

- Analyze, design, and develop Oracle EBS solutions to meet legislative, regulatory, and business requirements across enterprise clients.
- Develop and enhance Oracle EBS Financials and SCM modules, ensuring compliance and alignment with system architecture standards.
- Participate in solution design discussions, defining technical approaches, testing strategies, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with agile teams.
- Create, review, and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, unit test plans, and client-facing materials.
- Collaborate with global teams to support testing, debugging, and delivery of high-quality enterprise application enhancements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate interpretation of business requirements and effective technical implementation.
- Ensure continuous learning by researching new functionalities, tools, and best practices within Oracle EBS environments.
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite development, including Financials (AP, AR, GL) and SCM modules (OM, Inventory, etc.).
- Strong expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, XML, and Java/OAF development.
- Deep understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, including Open Interfaces, Public APIs, and standard extensions.
- Experience working with Oracle AOL/FND administrative tools and enterprise system configurations.
- Proven track record delivering full-cycle enterprise application projects, including development and QA phases.
- Experience working in Agile environments and distributed global teams, preferably in remote settings.
- Strong English communication skills, with ability to participate in international meetings and produce technical documentation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
