Who are you?As a Marketing Lead you will bring Cevo’s brand and go-to-market activity to life, driving business growth through close collaboration with stakeholders, partners and leadership. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end events and campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate leads and drive pipeline, ensuring every initiative creates meaningful impact. This role shapes thought leadership and market-facing content that turns technical expertise into clear, commercially relevant messaging.
What You’ll Do
  • Build and manage Cevo’s thought leadership and content calendar in partnership with our leadership team and technical experts
  • Create and coordinate high-quality marketing assets including blogs, LinkedIn content, case studies, customer success stories, event recaps, videos and campaign content.
  • Translate consultant and practice expertise into clear, market-ready messaging that strengthens Cevo’s brand and supports growth.
  • Plan and deliver Cevo-hosted events, managing the full lifecycle from promotion and registrations through to post-event follow-up.
  • Manage digital and campaign activity across website content, landing pages, LinkedIn and other channels, using data and insights to optimise performance.
  • In collaboration with the P&C team develop and support Diversity and Inclusion campaigns
  • Support pipeline generation by working closely with sales leadership on strategic pursuits, campaign priorities and executive messaging.
  • Develop reusable collateral, templates and enablement assets that help consultants, sales leaders and executives engage the market with confidence.
  • Track campaign, content and event performance, providing regular insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Drive an AI-first mindset in content development and campaign execution to improve quality, speed and impact.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing or go-to-market roles, ideally in technology consulting aligned to Data, AI and Cloud adoption.
  • Strong content and storytelling capability, with the ability to turn complex technical concepts into engaging, commercially relevant messaging.
  • Experience planning and delivering events and campaigns from concept through to execution and follow-up.
  • Confidence collaborating with senior stakeholders, practice leaders, consultants and sales teams across a matrixed environment.
  • Strong digital marketing capability, including website content, social media, campaign execution and performance reporting.
  • Commercial mindset with an understanding of how marketing contributes to pipeline growth and brand visibility.
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace.
  • Analytical approach to measuring campaign effectiveness and using insights to improve future activity.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for using AI-enabled tools to enhance marketing output, efficiency and creativity.
  • Experience in a professional services environment and an understanding of the AWS ecosystem would be highly regarded.
