You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their financial protection needs, and recommending suitable life insurance solutions. The position requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume outreach in a target-driven environment. You will play a key role in converting leads into successful policy sales while ensuring a high standard of customer experience. You will also maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent follow-up to build long-term customer relationships.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate and convert insurance sales leads.
- Present and explain life insurance products clearly, recommending suitable plans based on customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
- Accurately update customer information, interactions, and sales activity in CRM systems.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets while adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines.
- Handle customer queries with professionalism and provide timely resolutions to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead conversion strategies and sales effectiveness.
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound telesales, preferably in insurance or BFSI sectors.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Proven ability in sales, persuasion, and customer relationship management.
- Basic computer literacy and hands-on experience using CRM tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust quickly with customers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused sales role.
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from 30,000 to 45,000 with attractive performance-based incentives.
