Seasonal Retail Sales Lead – Part Time

Sand Cloud is a beach lifestyle brand that specializes in beach towels and accessories. Founded on the beaches of San Diego in 2014, Sand Cloud encompasses the beach vibes of Southern California, and aims to serve customers with unique and useful products for everyday use. Our mission has always been to create sustainable products, and also donate a portion of our profits to non-profit organizations that are dedicated to sustainability and marine life preservation.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and reliable part time Seasonal Retail Sales Lead to join our team.

This is a part-time position that will go through January, 5th 2027 and is located in our Irvine Spectrum store. Hours will approximately be 15 to 25 hours a week. You will be reporting directly to the Store Manager.

What You'll Do - Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

Greet and assist customers with a friendly positive attitudeAnswer questions and provide product informationAssist customers with finding products and suggestionsProcess transactions at the registerKeep the store organized, clean and well-stockedAssist with Inventory management and restocking of productsTrain and develop new team membersOpen and close the storeLead by example to ensure team success

What We're Looking For - Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience with retail sales and customer servicePrevious experience in a sales lead role opening and closing storesStrong verbal and written skillsReliable and punctualExperience with product demonstrations and upselling techniques is a plusWillingness to work various shifts including weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation and Perks:

● Hourly Pay: $20.00/hr
